Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service or Fed Ex from the manufacturer’s warehouse within two to three business days. (More information below, in the FAQ). We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of California, US.

How can you offer such low prices?

At The Electronic Dartboard Shop you take advantage of our direct relationship with the manufacturers of Arachnid, Sportcraft and DMI. We bring you their best products via the internet, and they ship those products directly to your door. This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail overhead markups are gone forever! How “up to date” are your products? The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs?

Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground unless a customer requests otherwise.

NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS or ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. 48 States.

When should I expect delivery?

Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times it’s faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse depending on your location and the volume being handled by Freight, UPS or Fed-Ex at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments. What about overnight delivery? Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. What if I need warranty service?

Please contact customer service at 800-423-3220 during business hours (9-5 EST) All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective or damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying customer service at 800-423-3220 during business hours (9-5 EST). . What if I want to return something?

Satisfaction Guarantee:  Our products are top quality name brand merchandise, but if by chance you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within ten (10) days for a refund or exchange, provided that: 

a) Customer must request and receive prior approval and a Return Authorization Number from ElectronicDartboardShop.com.  To request a return authorization number, send a request by email at Service@ElectronicDartBoardShop.com

b) Products are still in their original box and packing.  

c) All returns must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.  d) Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.  Actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund for all orders that offer free shipping.  Please keep in mind that shipping costs can be very expensive (usually between $125 and $400 each way) for large items such as game tables that must be shipped via freight truck and in some cases it costs more to return an item than to keep it.

e)  Customer is responsible for costs and arrangements for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.  Please retain tracking information from the shipper until you have been credited.  We highly recommend using a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery.

f)  A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from refund for all returned, non-defective merchandise.

How safe is my credit card information?

When you buy from The Electronic Dartboard Shop your credit card purchase is processed in real time through Paymentech and secure eCommerce servers run by Yahoo.com. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being sent to Electronic Dartboard Shop.com. Your card couldn’t be safer!
